the constellations outside this porthole look all wrong is a storytelling game set on a lonely space station, hanging in the vast loneliness of space, and the people that live there.

it’s a game where the rooms feel too large and too small all at once; where you’re sure you know everyone’s name but there’s still faces you’ve never seen before; and where, sometimes, it feels like the outer limits of the final frontier have been reached.

it’s a game where there’s no way to tell for sure which way is up; where deciding how consistently you want to abide by the laws of physics will almost certainly save lives; and where gravity is almost definitely a luxury.

if you like this game, i highly recommend you check out aleks samoylov's game this town is full of monsters, about a smallish community beset by mysterious eldritch forces, which inspired much of this game and much of my rpg design.
